Wendy Tumpa significantly exceeded my expectations. From strategy, to guidance, to marketing, to communication, I can't say enough good things about working with her. "We met Wendy Martin by chance – and it must have been our lucky day! We’d been noncommittally looking at houses in the Sewickley area for a month or two with various agents when Wendy showed us a house. She was wonderful! She answered every question we had about the house and the area. She even got us into a different house at the last minute that day. She went above and beyond with helping keep an eye on and entertaining our two young daughters so we could get a good look at both houses. When we finally decided that we wanted to get serious about buying a home in the area, she set us up with an appointment for what turned out to be the perfect house for us. We signed with her right away. When we realized it would best to sell our current home, she promptly wrote up an incredible marketing plan, helped us price it well and get it on the market quickly – and got us multiple offers above asking price the first weekend! She was by our side through a tricky negotiating process both with selling our old house and buying our new house. She was available early in the morning and very late at night to answer every question we had and address all our concerns. She always had our best interests at heart. She never pressured us to buy any add-ons or gimmicks. We whole-heartedly recommend Wendy Martin to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home.

"I have bought and sold 15 - 20 houses over the years. I am happy to report that Wendy Martin is one of the best agents with which I have ever worked. Wendy knows the territory and her business. She is an excellent communicator making sure you are always updated. She is a hard worker meshing the best of new, online, techniques with old school proven meet and greet methods. Lastly, she gets RESULTS! I interviewed several agents before selecting Wendy. The others, including the big names, were either low responsive or wanted and easy, cheap listing. Wendy on the other hand showed up with a complete marketing plan including a good pricing analysis that would help maximize money in my pocket. The other agencies had competing listings on our street. Ours sold within two months, within 1% of asking price. For all I know the others are still on the market.
